Refund policy

Because our cookies are made to order and perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an issue caused during transit, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll review it promptly and make it right.

We are not able to offer refunds for: preference based reasons, orders placed incorrectly, or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our kitchen.
